Khabieva Almagul Altayevna was born in 1975 in the West Kazakhstan region. In 1997, she graduated from the Faculty of Kazakh Philology of the West Kazakhstan Humanitarian University. In 2006, after graduating from the full-time postgraduate department of the A. Baitursynov Institute of Linguistics, she was hired at the Institute, where she worked her way up from an intern researcher to a leading researcher. In 2007, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences on the topic "Connotative components in the content structure of historical vocabulary". Khabieva A.A. is a specialist who works in parallel with research and teaching activities. He has been conducting special courses in the disciplines "Pragmalinguistics", "Аreal linguistics", "Discursive linguistics", "Fundamentals of writing theory", "Cognitive study of language and thinking", "Linguistic and cultural studies", "Linguistics philosophy" at the master's and doctoral departments of joint educational programs of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi and the Institute of Linguistics named after A. Baitursynov. Currently, he is the scientific supervisor of a doctoral student studying in the specialty "Linguistics". Author of the monograph "Cultural connotation in the language of Kazakh poetry" (2017); one of the authors of 5 collective monographs (The state language is the basis of national identity (2011), Akhmet Baitursynuly (2013), Reforming Kazakh writing based on the new national alphabet: theory and practice (2016), The New National Alphabet: modernization of the Kazakh writing /scientific and linguistic research/ (2017), Scientific and linguistic foundations of modernization of the Kazakh writing (2023); 3 collective dictionaries (General frequency dictionary of the Kazakh language (2016), Dictionary of figurative words by Makhambet Utemisov (2017), Dictionary of figurative words by Magzhan Zhumabayev (2017); 2 collective methodological manuals (Initial course of the Kazakh language for business communication (2009), New spelling. Educational and methodological manual (2019); 1 author's certificate (Dictionary of the compatibility of words of the Kazakh language (in Cyrillic and Latin graphs), 2020); 18 research projects; author of more than 80 articles. Responsible editor of the TILTANYM magazine, which is included in the list of publications recommended by the Science and Higher Education Quality Assurance Committee of the MSHE of the RK.
